TRACK ATTACH FREE v1.9.3 - Visual Library
Track an object and attach text to it - all from one node.

INSTALL
1. Unzip this folder. Keep installer.lua and the content folder together.
2. Open the Fusion page and click any node in the toolbar.
3. Drag installer.lua into the node area and follow the prompts.
4. Restart DaVinci Resolve.

FUSION PAGE (Shift+Space > "Track Attach Free")
EDIT PAGE (Effects > Visual Library > Track Attach Free, drop on a clip)

TRACK IT (Track tab)
1. Drag the tracker box onto something with detail on the object.
2. Click Track Forward (or Track Bidirectional to also cover earlier frames).
3. Go to the frame you want the text placed from and press
   "Set Reference Here".

THEN
- Content tab: type your text and style it (font, colour, outline, box).
- Overlay tab: drag Placement to where the text should sit.
- Animate tab: limit it to a frame range with Fade, Pop, Slide or Grow.

Tips
- Tick "Show Tracking Image" to see what the tracker sees (grayscale, extra
contrast, denoised). Raise Tracking Contrast until your spot stands out.
- Pick a spot that looks unique. Repeating patterns (stripes, identical
fabric texture) can fool any tracker.
- Lost the object mid-shot? Stop, move the box back onto it and click
"Track Forward From Current Time" to carry on.
- Remove Jumps (default 5) fixes short glitches without touching real moves.
- Shaky result: raise Smooth Jitter.

"Track Attach Free Engine" in the tool list is the internal part - add
"Track Attach Free".

WANT MORE? TRACK ATTACH (FULL VERSION)
- Attach images and logos with the built-in Image source
- Overlay input on the Fusion page: attach ANY node (Text+, logos,
  graphics, whole comps)
- Second Point: the overlay follows the object's rotation and scale
Get it at vsllibrary.com - or press "Get the full Track Attach" on the
Content tab.

Your saved presets are never touched. Restart DaVinci Resolve afterwards.
